WhatsApp Business API
Viptram integrates with the WhatsApp Business API to enable message sending on behalf of authenticated users. The following applies to this integration:
WhatsApp Business API credentials (such as access tokens and phone number IDs) are stored in encrypted form and are never exposed to other users.
Message content is transmitted to Meta's infrastructure via their official API. We do not store message content after it has been delivered or attempted.
Users are solely responsible for obtaining valid consent from recipients before sending WhatsApp messages through our platform, in compliance with WhatsApp's Business Policy and applicable law.
Meta may process message metadata as described in their own privacy documentation. Please review Meta's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle data.
